Return Window

You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unassembled
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@lacatistoves.com. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Please contact us first before sending any return.

Return Shipping

If your return is due to a product defect, damage in transit, or an error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.

If returning for any other reason (change of mind, incorrect order, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@lacatistoves.com and include photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund.
